Pallet Stacking Racks

Pallet stacking racks are a type of independent storage racks that are based on a pallet-like base and equipped with detachable columns, allowing for vertical stacking. 1.Base Frame

The base is the load-bearing foundation of the entire stacking racks and is welded with Mild steel Q235.

• Load-bearing capacity: The single-layer can bear a maximum weight of up to 1500 kilograms, meeting various applications ranging from light to heavy
• Forklift socket: Equipped with a forklift socket, allowing for forklift operation from any direction, enhancing handling efficiency

2. Stand columns and connection system

The column is the most important component for achieving stacking functionality

• Disassembleable design: The column is linked to the base via a bolt, and can be quickly installed and disassembled without tools
• Stacking interface: The top of the column has a positioning structure, which can precisely match the base of the upper unit to ensure stability during stacking
• Height selection: Different height sizes of columns can be chosen according to the different heights of the goods

1. Preparations before loading

• Select the appropriate racks: Ensure that the size of the racks matches the size of the goods
• Uniformly stack the goods: Ensure that the goods are neatly stacked, with the heaviest ones placed at the bottom to reduce the center and enhance stability
• Eliminate protruding edges: The overhanging parts beyond the racks will lose about 30% of the supporting strength and are prone to collision or damage

2. Loading and storage

• Follow the rated load: Do not overload, strictly adhere to weight limits
• Avoid collisions: The operation room should be operated slowly, carefully and precisely to avoid accidental collisions of the forklift
• Proper placement: Ensure that the racks can be stably placed without any sagging on one side or tilting

3. Daily inspection

• Columns: Are there any obvious bends, cracks or dents;
• Crossbeams: Is the beam deformed, are the connecting parts complete and secure
• Load markings: Are they clearly visible
• Bolts: Are they loose, rusted or indeed missing
